倾斜摄影测量技术在房地一体化项目中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 房地一体化等不动产项目传统测绘工作多为外业,需要测量人员实地驻点,方法较为复杂,耗时耗力且工作效率较低。将无人机倾斜摄影测量技术应用于房地一体化项目测绘工作,能够高效全面地采集数据、精准构建房地三维模型、便捷提取各类信息,大幅降低外业工作量,提升房地一体化项目实施效率。无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在房地一体化项目中主要应用方向包括房地一体化规划、管理与监测,不仅能满足测绘工作对进度的需求,而且能够节约成本,具有广泛应用价值。结合校企共同承担的河南、陕西等地的房地一体化项目实例,可将倾斜摄影测量技术应用流程分为前期准备、布设像控点、摄影测量与质量监控、数据采集与模型构建,为发放不动产证书提供了重要依据。 The traditional surveying and mapping work of real estate projects such as real estate integration is mostly in the field,which requires surveyors to be stationed in the field.The method is more complex,consumes time and energy and has low work efficiency.The application of UAV oblique photogrammetry technology to the surveying and mapping of the real estate integration project can efficiently and comprehensively collect data,accurately construct a three-dimensional model of the real estate,and conveniently extract all kinds of information,greatly reducing the workload in the field and improving the implementation efficiency of the real estate integration project.The main application directions of UAV oblique photogrammetry technology in the integration of real estate projects include the planning,management and monitoring of real estate integration,which can not only meet the needs of surveying and mapping work,but also save costs and have a wide range of application value.Combined with the examples of real estate integration projects in Henan,Shaanxi and other places jointly undertaken by schools and enterprises,the application process of oblique photogrammetry technology can be divided into preliminary preparation,layout of image control points,photogrammetry and quality monitoring,data collection and model construction,which provides an important basis for the issuance of real estate certificates.
