摘要
高校是中华优秀传统文化“创造性转化、创新性发展”(以下简称“两创”)的主阵地,继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化,是时代赋予高校的光荣使命。高职院校进行“两创”实践,是培养高素质技术技能人才,引领学生坚定理想信念、实现人生价值和促进全面发展的内在需求。创新实践载体是提升“两创”育人实效的关键所在。结合全国十余所高职院校的“两创”实践案例,围绕“讲授类”“濡染类”“体验类”等实践载体的创新应用,分析“两创”育人实效,以期形成可供借鉴的、符合高职院校教育教学规律且具有高职院校特色的“两创”实践经验,为国家培养更多适合时代发展需求的技术技能型人才。
Colleges and Universities are the main battlefield for the“creative transformation and innovative development”of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Inheriting and promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture is a glorious mission entrusted to colleges and universities by the times.The practice of“creative transformation and innovative development”in vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,guide students to firmly adhere to their ideals and beliefs,realize their life values,and promote comprehensive development.The carrier of innovative practice is the key to improving the effectiveness of“creative transformation and innovative development”in educating people.Based on the practical cases of“creative transformation and innovative development”in several vocational colleges across the country,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of“creative transformation and innovative development”in educating people by focusing on the innovative application of practical carriers such as“teaching”,“immersion”,and“experience”,so as to form practical experience of“creative transformation and innovative development”that can be used for reference,conforms to the laws of higher vocational education and teaching,and has the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,and cultivate more skilled and applied talents suitable for the development needs of the times for the country.
