摘要
文章分析了ZY2700型自移式皮带机尾的总体结构和基本操作,并以某N2303胶带顺槽工程为例,采用EBZ230综掘机进行掘进,通过配备自移式皮带机尾的皮带机完成出煤工作。实验分析发现,与传统皮带机尾相比,自移式皮带机尾在掘进作业中表现出更好的适应性和灵活性,能够有效缩短掘进中断时间。采用自移式皮带机尾+皮带机+综掘机方式进行工作面掘进,单月掘进进尺均>200 m,延伸机尾作业时间较短,提高了掘进工作面的掘进效率。
This paper analyzes the overall structure and basic operation of ZY2700 auto-moving return end of belt conveyor.Taking a N2303 belt crossheading project as an example,the EBZ230 combined roadheader is used for tunneling,and the coal extraction work is completed by the belt conveyor equipped with auto-moving return end.Through experimental analysis,it is found that compared with the traditional belt conveyor return end,the auto-moving return end of belt conveyor shows better adaptability and fl exibility in the tunneling operation,and can effectively reduce the tunneling interruption time.The auto-moving return end of belt conveyor+belt conveyor+combined roadheader is used for the tunneling in the working face,the monthly tunneling footage is greater than 200 m,and the extended return end operation time is short,which improves the tunneling effi ciency of the tunneling face.
