摘要
文章介绍了带式输送机的构成,设计了基于可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)的带式输送机控制系统。改造后的控制系统显著提高了作业效率,降低了故障率和能耗,确保了设备稳定运行,为现代工业生产提供了更加高效、安全、可靠的物料运输解决方案。
This paper introduces the composition of belt conveyor,and designs the belt conveyor control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).The modifi ed control system signifi cantly improves the operation effi ciency,reduces the failure rate and energy consumption,ensures the stable operation of the equipment,and provides a more efficient,safe and reliable material transportation solution for modern industrial production.
