摘要
为分析大采高工作面中厚硬顶板对煤壁稳定性的影响,文章通过模型构建和理论分析,研究了厚硬顶板及煤壁的特性、相互影响及力学性质。采用控制变量法、顶板预裂技术等,分析了基本顶破断步距和厚度对煤壁稳定性的影响。结果表明,厚硬顶板易导致强烈矿压,增加煤壁片帮风险,但通过进行合理的顶板预裂处理,能有效控制煤壁位移,增强稳定性。
In order to analyze the influence of thick and hard roof plate on the stability of coal wall in high mining face,this paper studies the characteristics,mutual influence and mechanical properties of thick and hard roof plate and coal wall through model construction and theoretical analysis.The influence of the breaking step and thickness of the main roof on the stability of the coal wall is analyzed by using the control variates and the roof plate pre-splitting technology.The results show that the thick and hard roof plate is easy to lead to strong mine pressure and increase the risk of coal wall piece spalling.However,through reasonable roof plate pre-splitting treatment,the displacement of coal wall can be effectively controlled and the stability can be enhanced.
