煤矿快速掘进工艺下的巷道形状特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着大型采煤设备的广泛应用,在煤矿巷道掘进过程中,围岩的应力及变形破坏日益显著,因此需要增加巷道空间,支护施工难度也随之提升。为优化巷道设计,文章采用数值仿真方法,深入分析不同形状巷道(如矩形、圆形等)的围岩应力分布及塑性变形特征。在综合考量施工难度、时间成本及后期维护复杂性后,推荐采用矩形巷道,在提升巷道空间利用率的同时便于围岩支护,以实现煤矿快速掘进与安全生产的双重目标。 With the wide application of large-scale coal mining equipment,the stress and deformation damage of surrounding rock are becoming more and more signifi cant in the process of coal mine roadway excavation.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the roadway space,and the diffi-culty of supporting construction is also increased.In order to optimize the roadway design,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the stress distribution and plastic deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in different shapes of roadways(rectangular,circular,etc.).After comprehensive consideration of construction difficulty,time cost and later maintenance complexity,rectangular roadway is recommended to improve the utilization rate of roadway space and facilitate surrounding rock support,so as to achieve the dual goals of rapid excavation and safe production in coal mines.
