摘要
为了进一步提高重介质旋流器的分选精度,文章聚焦于重介质旋流器入口压力和悬浮液密度控制,采用模糊控制策略,对旋流器入口压力实施精准调控,并引入了动态矩阵控制算法,以实现对混料桶液位和悬浮液密度的精细化调节与控制。研究结果显示,该方法显著增强了密度控制系统的动态响应能力,有效缓解了密度控制过程中存在的滞后问题。
In order to further improve the separation accuracy of heavy medium cyclone,this paper focuses on the control of inlet pressure and suspension density of heavy medium cyclone.The fuzzy control strategy is used to accurately control the inlet pressure of cyclone,and the dynamic matrix control algorithm is introduced to realize the fi ne adjustment and control of the liquid level of the mixing tank and the suspension density.The research results show that this method signifi cantly enhances the dynamic response capability of the density control system and effectively alleviates the lag problem in the density control process.
