小型压滤设备二次絮凝技术方案研究

摘要 小型压滤设备处理废弃泥浆时,常用聚丙烯酰胺与聚合氯化铝混合,实现絮凝沉淀净化,但泵管输送易干扰混凝沉淀,导致絮团离散,影响效果。基于此,文章提出一种二次絮凝技术方案,以小型带滤机为核心设备,添加絮凝剂,沉淀去除污水浊度,可快速实现絮凝,避免桨叶机械剪切破坏絮团,能有效保证絮凝沉淀效果。 When small filter press equipment is used to treat waste mud,polyacrylamide is often mixed with polyaluminum chloride to achieve flocculation precipitation purifi cation.However,the pump pipe transportation easily interferes with coagulation precipitation,resulting in fl oc dispersion and affecting the effect.Based on this,this paper proposes a secondary fl occulation technology scheme,which uses a small belt fi lter as the core equipment,adds fl occulant,and precipitates to remove sewage turbidity.It can quickly realize fl occulation,avoid mechanical shear of blades to destroy fl ocs,and effectively ensure the fl occulation precipitation effect.
