摘要
为提高矿山掘进机传动系统的性能和可靠性,采用有限元分析和多目标优化算法,对传动系统进行创新设计。通过建立精确的数学模型,优化关键参数,提出了新型齿轮传动、轴系结构和智能润滑方案。研究结果表明,优化后的传动系统在复杂机械系统设计中具有应用优势,为提高矿山设备性能和可靠性提供了技术支撑。
In order to improve the performance and reliability of the transmission system of mine roadheader,finite element analysis and multi-objective optimization algorithm are adopted to carry out innovative design of the transmission system.By establishing an accurate mathematical model and optimizing key parameters,a new scheme of gear transmission,shaft system structure and intelligent lubrication is proposed.The research results show that the optimized transmission system has application advantages in the design of complex mechanical systems,and provides technical support for improving the performance and reliability of mining equipment.
