摘要
推动数据安全产业健康有序发展可以有效促进重点行业领域数据安全能力建设,充分释放数据要素价值和加速数字经济发展。深入剖析数据安全产业发展的动因可以更好地理清数据安全产业发展脉络,为把握数据安全产业发展定位、预测产业未来发展趋势提供参考。从外部因素和内部因素两大角度出发,具体分析释放数据要素价值、落实数据安全顶层设计、应对数据安全新形势、发展产业数字化和提升数据安全国际影响力等外部因素以及技术产品进步、资本赋能和高素质高技能劳动力等内部因素对数据安全产业发展的影响,并为数据安全产业下一步发展提出建议和思考。
Facilitating the robust and systematic advancement of the data security industry can significantly bolster the construction of data security capabilities in critical sectors.This can give full play to the intrinsic value of data assets and expedite the progression of the digital economy.Analyzing the motivation of the development of the data security industry can better clarify the development context of the data security industry,and provide reference for grasping the development orientation of the data security industry and predicting the future development trend of the industry.From the perspectives of external factors and internal factors,this study analyzes the impacts of external factors such as releasing the value of data elements,implementing the top-level design of data security,coping with the new situation of data security,developing industrial digitization and enhancing the international influence of data security,as well as internal factors such as technical products,capital empowerment and high-quality and skilled labor on the development of data security industry.It finally puts forward suggestions for the further development of data security industry.
