摘要
利用显微镜观察并记录了克氏原螯虾胚胎发育过程。结果表明,水温在25℃时,克氏原螯虾胚胎经历约25 d即可出膜,发育方式为直接发育。其发育过程分为8个时期:受精卵期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、无节幼体期、复眼色素形成期、出膜前期以及孵化期。
The embryonic development period of the red swamp crayfish were investigated with a microscope to reveal the changes of different hatching stages.The hatching process spent about 25 days under the water temperature of 25℃.The embryonic development mode is direct development.The development process can be divided into eight different stages,which include fertilized stage,cleavage stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,nauplius stage,eye pigment stage,prehatching stage,and hatching stage.
