基于Web of Science数据库的麻醉学人工智能文献计量学与可视化分析

Bibliometric and visual analysis of artificial intelligence in anesthesiology based on Web of Science database

摘要 目的通过文献计量学与可视化分析的方法系统探索基于Web of Science数据库人工智能(AI)在麻醉学领域的研究现状,评价其研究热点。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库发表的麻醉学和AI的相关文献,检索时间为1990年1月至2024年6月。采用CiteSpace V6.3.R1和HistCite 2.1软件分析纳入文献的年发文量、发文国家、发文机构、发文期刊、被引频次和关键词等基本概况。结果共纳入文献2177篇,AI在麻醉学中的研究呈现出明显的上升趋势,尤其是在2017年后迅速攀升。美国发文量887篇(40.74%)排名第一,中国发文量245篇(11.25%)排名第二。Journal of Neurophysiology期刊的总被引频次和篇均被引频次最高。关键词聚类和引文突现分析显示,AI应用在麻醉深度监测、手术机器人、麻醉风险控制、疼痛管理、麻醉药物个体化治疗以及手术风险预测等是近几年的研究热点。结论美国发文量处于领先地位,中国学者发文量近年来迅速增长。AI对麻醉的诊断、预测、监测和管理等方面具有重要影响。 Objective To explore the research status of artificial intelligence(AI)in anesthesiology based on Web of Science through bibliometrics and visual analysis,and to evaluate research hotspots.Methods We conducted a search for literature related to anesthesiology and artificial intelligence,which was published in the Web of Science Core Collection from January 1990 to June 2024.CiteSpace V6.3.R1 and HistCite 2.1 software were utilized to analyze the annual publication volume,countries,institutions,journals,citation frequency,and keywords of the included studies.Results A total of 2177 articles were included in the literature,and the research of AI in anesthesiology showed a clear upward trend,especially climbing rapidly after 2017.The United States ranked first with 887(40.74%)publications,and China ranked second with 245(11.25%)publications.The Journal of Neurophysiology had the highest citation frequency and average citation frequency per article.Keyword clustering and citation emergence analysis showed that AI application in anesthesia depth monitoring,surgical robotics,anesthesia risk control,pain management,individualized treatment of anesthesia medication,and surgical risk prediction are the research hotspots in recent years.Conclusion The United States holds a leading position,while the number of publications by Chinese scholars has skyrocketed in recent years.AI technology significantly affects the diagnosis,prediction,monitoring,and management of anesthesia.
