2例冲浪者脊髓病诊治报告及文献回顾

摘要 冲浪者脊髓病(Surfer′s myelopathy,SM)在临床相对少见,容易误诊、漏诊。本研究分析总结解放军总医院海南医院2例SM患者诊治过程,并对国内外相关文献进行回顾。SM诊断主要通过背部脊柱过伸的病史、截瘫或轻截瘫症状和体征,结合脊髓磁共振成像(MRI)异常表现确诊,治疗上主要给予糖皮质激素抗炎、脱水,从而减轻脊髓水肿,改善脊髓灌注,进行营养神经、功能康复等对症支持治疗。本研究对该少见病例的分享和相关文献回顾,有助于促进临床医师对其早期识别和规范治疗,减少误诊、误治。
