摘要
目的分析在健康老龄化理论背景下,老年高血压患者远期并发症发生的前瞻性护理工作。方法采取便利抽样法,选取某三级甲等综合医院全科医学科、老年科、高血压科自2022年1月至2022年8月接收的268例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,经过老年综合评估,发现这些患者中并发症问题严重,老年高血压患者常并发心脑血管疾病(脑卒中、动脉瘤、心力衰竭)及肾脏损伤,本文对可能的影响因素进行了充分分析。结果纳入研究的患者,以男性、年龄较大、受教育水平与个人收入较低、存在吸烟喝酒习惯、个人年收入较低、体重指数偏高、合并其他疾病等为主;多因素回归中发现男性、脑卒中、动脉瘤、心力衰竭、肾脏损伤是该人群的危险因素。结论脑卒中、动脉瘤、心力衰竭、肾脏损伤是老年高血压患者严重并发症,需要进行前瞻性护理,按时、追踪随访,同时,应利用互联网+、数智化等信息化技术,做到及时、准确、有效的追踪,以期得到科学客观的数据,为健康老龄化发展的健康管理提供依据,达到健康养老的目标。
Objective To analyze the prospective nursing work for long-term complications in elderly hypertensive patients under the background of healthy aging theory.Methods Adoption of the convenience sampling method,a total of 268 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Department of Family Medicine,Department of Geriatrics and Department of Hypertension,A levelⅢA general hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Through comprehensive assessment of the elderly,it was found that these patients have serious complications,with common comorbidities including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(such as stroke,aneurysm,heart failure)and kidney injury.This article provides a thorough analysis of possible influencing factors.Results The patients included in the study were mostly male,elderly,with low education level,low personal income,smoking and drinking habits,high body mass index,and comorbidities.Multivariate regression analysis showed that male gender,stroke,aneurysm,heart failure,and kidney injury were the main risk factors for this population.Conclusions Stroke,aneurysm,heart failure,and kidney injury are serious complications faced by elderly hypertensive patients.It is crucial to implement prospective care for these patients,including regular follow-up visits.At the same time,information technology such as Internet plus and digital intelligence should be used for timely,accurate and effective tracking to collect scientific and objective data,provide basis for promoting healthy aging and health management,and achieve the goal of healthy aging.
