摘要
仪器设备是高校进行教学和科研的重要工具,也是衡量高校办学水平的重要依据。近年来,随着国家对高校投入的增加,高校仪器设备的先进性和数量也迅速提高。如何管理和使用好仪器设备,提高设备的管理与使用绩效,成为高校研究的紧要课题。基于全生命周期理论的设备绩效管理研究,以仪器设备全生命周期为出发点,对仪器设备全生命周期各阶段的管理和使用情况进行分析,建立完整的仪器设备全生命周期绩效管理机制和评价方法,开发信息管理系统对仪器设备采用信息化方法进行管理与评价,全面提高仪器设备的管理和使用绩效。
Instruments and equipment are important tools for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and also an important basis for measuring the level of running colleges and universities.In recent years,with the increase of national investment in colleges and universities,the progressiveness and quantity of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities have also increased rapidly.How to manage and use instruments and equipment well and improve the management and use performance of equipment have become an important topic for colleges and universities.The research on equipment performance management based on the whole life cycle theory,taking the whole life cycle of instruments and equipment as the starting point,analyzes the management and use of instruments and equipment in each stage of the whole life cycle,establishes a complete set of performance management mechanism and evaluation methods for the whole life cycle of instruments and equipment,developing an information management system to manage and evaluate instruments and equipment using information technology methods,and comprehensively improves the management and use performance of instruments and equipment.
