摘要
为解决张家川县污水处理厂出水对后川河的污染问题,综合考虑当地气候条件、水量水质和地形地貌等条件,通过工艺比选,采用“水平潜流人工湿地+表面流人工湿地”的组合工艺以及人工湿地生物、物理、化学等多重作用深度处理及净化污水处理厂的出水。工程运行后,实际出水水质优于地表水准Ⅲ类标准,COD_(Cr)、NH_(3)-N、TP去除率分别为61.5%、67.5%、53.3%,每吨水用地指标为5.78 m^(2)、建设成本为4629元、运行成本为0.30元,运行成本远低于传统污水深度处理工艺。工程建设不仅深度净化张家川县污水处理厂出水水质,减轻后川河的污染负荷,改善河道水质,还促进工程区生态环境的改善和保护,为污水处理厂出水深度处理工艺选择提供新思路。
In order to solve the pollution problem of the effluent on the Houchuan River,taking into account local climate conditions,water quantity and quality,topography and landforms,etc,through process comparison,adopting a combination process of"horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetland+surface flow constructed wetland"and multiple biological,physical,chemical and other processes within the constructed wetland for deep treatment and purification of wastewater treatment plant effluent.After the project was put into operation,the actual effluent quality was better than the surface level Class Ⅲ standards,with pollutant removal rates of COD_(Cr) 61.5%,NH_(3)-N 67.5%,TP 53.3%.The land quota per ton of water is 5.78 square meters,the construction cost per ton of water is 4629 yuan,and the operating cost per ton of water is 0.30 yuan,which is much lower than the traditional sewage deep treatment process.The construction of the project not only deeply purify the effluent quality of Zhangjiachuan County Sewage Treatment Plant,reduce the pollution load of Houchuan River,improve the water quality of the river,but also promote the improvement and protection of the ecological environment in the project area,providing new ideas for the selection of effluent deep treatment processes for sewage treatment plants..
