摘要
高速公路在长期的服役过程中难免出现硬化开裂、损毁等问题,对高速公路进行定期的养护是延长高速公路使用寿命的有效措施。鉴于传统以有机溶剂为基质的环氧树脂在道路维护过程中可能对环境造成污染并威胁人体健康的技术弊端,因此,具有出色化学稳定性、优异道路适用性、与乳化沥青良好相容性的水性环氧树脂基复合材料得到广泛关注。该文分析了水性环氧树脂的制备及其性能优势与局限性,并对水性环氧改性水泥混凝土、水性环氧改性沥青、水性环氧灌缝用浆以及水性环氧水泥稳定基层等多种水性环氧树脂复合材料在高速公路养护中的应用现状和研究成果展开综述,以期进一步拓宽绿色安全水性环氧树脂及其乳液的潜在应用领域。
During long-term service,highways inevitably experience hardening,cracking,damage,and other problems.Regular maintenance of highways is an effective measure to extend their service life.Given the technical drawbacks of traditional epoxy resins based on organic solvents,which may cause environmental pollution and pose health risks,waterborne epoxy resin-based composites have garnered widespread attention and application due to their excellent chemical stability,superior road applicability,and good compatibility with emulsified asphalt.In this paper,the preparation of waterborne epoxy resins and their performance advantages and limitations are described,and the current applications and research achievements of various waterborne epoxy resin composites in highway maintenance are reviewed.These include waterborne epoxy-modified asphalt,waterborne epoxy grout,waterborne epoxy-modified cement concrete,and waterborne epoxy cement-stabilized base layers.The aim is to further expand the potential application areas of green and safe waterborne epoxy resins and their emulsions.
