缠绕张力对碳纤维复合材料性能影响研究 被引量:1

Research on the Influence of Winding Tension on the Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite

摘要 缠绕张力是纤维增强复合材料壳体的重要成型工艺参数,直接影响壳体性能。该文以碳纤维复丝、复合材料NOL环和Φ150mm容器为研究对象,对不同缠绕张力条件下的复丝表面形貌和NOL环内部形貌、复丝和NOL环拉伸性能、Φ150mm容器内压性能等进行了系统研究。结果表明,缠绕张力对碳纤维缠绕构件的影响推测是纤维磨损、纤维体积分数变化和预应力等三方面因素的综合结果。随着缠绕张力的增大,由于缠绕构件内部结构预应力作用和纤维体积分数提高,NOL环拉伸性能、Φ150mm容器内压性能和容器特性系数均呈现上升趋势,但当单轴纤维缠绕张力继续增大,直至高于50N时,由于纤维磨损程度加剧,NOL环和Φ150mm容器性能均呈下降趋势,因此,单轴纤维缠绕张力50N是缠绕构件的最佳张力值。 Winding tension is an important processing parameter of the fiber reinforced composite case,which influences properties of the case directly.The surface topography of the fiber,internal morphology of composite NOL ring,tensile properties of fiber filament and NOL ring,internal pressure of Φ150 mm pressure vessel were systematically studied in this article.Results showed that it was speculated that the influence of winding tension on properties of carbon fiber winding structure was the comprehensive result of three factors:fiber wear,fiber volume fraction and pre-stressing force.As the winding tension increased,tensile property of NOL ring,internal pressure of Φ150 mm pressure vessel and vessel performance factor were improved due to the increase of internal prestressing force and fiber volume fraction.However,when the winding tension exceeded 50 N,properties of NOL ring and Φ150 mm pressure vessel decreased due to the severe wear of fiber.Therefore,the optimum tension value of single bundle fiber for the wound structure is 50N.
