摘要
新生儿高胆红素血症是新生儿时期最常见的疾病之一,现代医学认为新生儿时期如若存在围生期因素、溶血因素、感染因素、母乳因素、遗传因素、医源性因素等相关因素时,将导致胆红素代谢异常而使体内胆红素的水平显著增高,危害患儿健康,目前主要治疗措施有光疗、药物治疗、换血治疗等。中医药认为小儿“纯阳”,脏腑娇嫩,常受湿邪之犯,致使中焦、肝胆气机失调,胆汁不循常道,外溢肌肤而发为黄疸,病位主要在脾胃、肝胆,可采用中药内服、药浴、穴位按摩、中药灌肠等多种治疗手段。应进一步探索该病的发病机制及治疗方案,有效结合中西医治疗措施,完善新生儿高胆红血症的治疗。
Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is one of the most common diseases in the neonatal period.Modern medicine believes that if there are perinatal factors,hemolytic factors,infectious factors,breast milk factors,genetic factors,iatrogenic factors,and other related factors during the neonatal period,they will lead to abnormal bilirubin metabolism,resulting in a significant increase in the level of bilirubin in the body,which can harm the health of the child.Currently,the main treatment measures include phototherapy,drug therapy,and exchange transfusion therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that children are“purely Yang”and their internal organs are delicate,often vulnerable to dampness.This can lead to disorders in the Qi movement of the middle energizer and the liver and gallbladder,causing bile to overflow the skin and develop into jaundice.The main locations of the disease are the spleen,stomach,liver,and gallbladder.Various treatment methods such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,medicinal baths,acupoint massage,and traditional Chinese medicine enema can be employed.Further exploration should be conducted on the pathogenesis and treatment plan of this disease,effectively integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment measures,and improving the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
