摘要
目的:观察综合护理对肛瘘患者术后肛门疼痛及尿潴留的应用效果。方法:将76例肛瘘手术患者随机分为参照组和综合组,每组38例。参照组患者实施常规护理,综合组患者实施综合护理,比较2组患者护理效果。结果:综合组患者术后肛门疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05);综合组患者术后并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);综合组患者护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用于肛瘘手术患者可减轻其术后肛门疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative anal pain and urinary retention in patients with anal fistula.Methods A total of 76 patients with anal fistula surgery were randomly divided into the reference group and the comprehensive group,38 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative anal pain score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with anal fistula surgery can relieve postoperative anal pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
