摘要
目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合生物反馈疗法治疗产后便秘效果。方法:将68例产后便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合生物反馈疗法治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后便秘评分系统(CSS)评分变化,产后即时、产后3个月、6个月盆底综合肌力评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者CSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者CSS评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者产后即时盆底综合肌力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者产后3个月、6个月盆底综合肌力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合生物反馈疗法治疗产后便秘效果良好,可有效改善患者的便秘症状和盆底肌力,且不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of postpartum constipation. Methods A total of 68 patients with postpartum constipation were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 34 cases in each one. The patients in the control group were treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule, and the patients in the observation group were given bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with biofeedback therapy. The clinical efficacy, scores of constipation scoring system(CSS) before and after treatment, pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength scores immediately after delivery, 3 months and 6 months after delivery, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the CSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the CSS scores of both groups decreased, which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength scores between the two groups immediately after delivery(P>0.05). The pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 3 months and 6 months after delivery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with biofeedback therapy is effective in the treatment of postpartum constipation. It can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and pelvic floor muscle strength of patients, with few adverse reactions, and is safe and reliable.
