摘要
目的:观察层面优先入路双隧道法在腹腔镜低位直肠癌的应用效果。方法:将行腹腔镜手术治疗的低位直肠癌患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规手术治疗,观察组患者采用层面优先入路双隧道法治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量多于对照组(P<0.05),术后通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月观察组患者排尿功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05),控便能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜低位直肠癌患者选择层面优先入路双隧道法,对促进其术后康复进程、降低术后并发症发生率、改善排尿功能和提高控便能力效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of double tunnel method with priority to fascia space in the laparoscopic treatment of low rectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with low rectal cancer who underwent the laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgery,and the patients in the observation group were treated with double tunnel method with priority to fascia space.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly longer operation time(P<0.05),significantly more intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05),and significantly shorter postoperative ventilation time and hospital stay(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation,the urination function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the stool control ability was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with low rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery,the selection of double tunnel method with priority to fascia space has a significant effect on promoting the postoperative rehabilitation process,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,improving urination function and stool control ability.
