摘要
目的 了解临床护士对老年人态度现状,并分析相关影响因素,为进一步临床干预提供理论依据。方法 使用一般资料调查表、中文版Kogan老年态度量表、老化知识量表1、老年歧视调查问卷、中文版知觉压力量表对河南省两家三甲医院498名护士进行问卷调查。结果 临床护士老年态度量表总分为(99.86±13.52)分,老化知识量表1总分为(10.61±3.18)分,老年歧视调查问卷条目均分为(3.68±0.50)分,中文版知觉压力量表总分为(31.61±6.20)分。多因素分析结果显示,临床护士对老年人态度之间差异有统计学意义的因素有对护理工作的态度、家中是否有需要照顾的老人、老化知识得分、对老年人的歧视情况、护士的压力状况(P<0.05)。结论 临床护士对老年人态度积极,但积极性不高,医院可结合相关影响因素,针对性地加强护士老化知识教育,降低护士对老年人的歧视情况,缓解临床护士职业压力,进而改善临床护士对老年人态度,提升护理质量。
Objective To understand the attitude and cognition status of hospital nurses towards the elderly,and analyze the relevant influencing factors,then providing theoretical basis for further clinical intervention.Methods A total of 498 nurses from two Grade A Hospitals in Henan Province were investigated,using the general data questionnaire,Chinese version of Kogan’s attitudes towards old people scale,the Chinese version of the facts of aging quiz 1,ageism questionnaire and Chinese version of perceived stress scale.Results The total score of hospital nurses’attitude toward old people scale was(99.86±13.52)points,the total score of the Chinese version of the facts of aging quiz 1 was(10.61±3.18)points,the average score of items in the ageism questionnaire was(3.68±0.50)points,the total score of Chinese version of perceived stress scale was(31.61±6.20)points.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the factors with statistical differences between clinical nurses’attitudes toward the elderly were the attitude towards nursing work,whether there are elderly people in need of care at home,the score of facts of aging quiz 1,ageism to the elderly,stress status of nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital nurses have a positive attitude toward the elderly,but their enthusiasm is not high.Hospitals can strengthen the aging knowledge education of nurses in combination with relevant influencing factors,reduce ageism to the elderly,relieve the pressure of clinical nurses,and then improve their attitude toward the elderly and improve the quality of clinical care.
