摘要
“一站式”学生社区是高校不断纵深推进立德树人根本任务的教育阵地。文章探讨了厦门医学院基于“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设背景下,紧紧围绕“大思政课”育人新格局,进一步完善顶层设计,推动力量下沉,多措并举,从阵地建设、制度建设、强化管理、文化浸润四个方面对“一站式”学生社区学风建设进行探索,不断优化协同,实现育人质量的提升。
The"one-stop"student community is an educational platform for universities to continuously deepen the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.This article explores the construction of a"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model at Xiamen Medical College,focusing on the new pattern of"big ideological and political courses"in education.It further improves the top-level design,promotes the sinking of strength,and adopts multiple measures to explore the construction of a"one-stop"student community academic atmosphere from four aspects:battlefield construction,institutional construction,strengthened management,and cultural infiltration.Through continuous optimization and collaboration,the quality of education is improved.
