摘要
在全球经济一体化和金融市场日益复杂的背景下,信用管理作为关键学科,其专业人才的培养受到高度重视,直接关系到经济稳定与金融安全。基于此,文章提出高校可以从建立符合行业需求的人才培养体系、创新课程实践教学模式以及强化师资队伍建设三个方面入手,构建高校信用管理专业实践教学体系,以确保理论与实践有效结合,提升学生的综合素质与实践能力,进而培养适应市场需求的高素质信用管理人才。
In the context of global economic integration and increasingly complex financial markets,credit management,as a key discipline,is highly valued for the cultivation of professional talents,which is directly related to economic stability and financial security.Based on this,the article proposes that universities can start from three aspects:establishing a talent training system that meets industry needs,innovating course practice teaching models,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff to construct a practical teaching system for credit management majors in universities,in order to ensure the effective combination of theory and practice,enhance students'comprehensive quality and practical ability,and cultivate high-quality credit management talents that meet market demand.
