摘要
为改善课堂传授模式下教学效果不理想的现状,文章以SECI理论为指导,以油藏地球物理课程为例,将教学环节设计为信息接收、思考讨论、知识重构及训练内化四个必要环节,并结合课下数字化教学及课上“里程碑式”引导点评的方式,实现基于SECI模型的“四环”教学模式。实践证明,一个知识点,四个SECI教学环节的教学模式,可有效促进隐性知识的转化,提升课程教学效果,为学生创新能力的培养提供必备的隐性知识能力。
To improve the unsatisfactory teaching effect under the classroom teaching mode,this article takes the SECI theory as guidance and the oil reservoir geophysics course as an example.The teaching process is designed as four necessary steps:information reception,thinking and discussion,knowledge reconstruction,and training internalization.Combined with digital teaching outside of class and milestone guidance and evaluation in class,a"four ring"teaching mode based on the SECI model is achieved.Practice has proven that the teaching model of one knowledge point and four SECI teaching stages can effectively promote the transformation of tacit knowledge,improve the effectiveness of curriculum teaching,and provide essential tacit knowledge abilities for the cultivation of students'innovative abilities.
