破碎断裂带隧道围岩—支护结构变形规律与支护策略研究

摘要 本文以新建公路隧道为例,采用三维离散元软件模拟该隧道破碎断裂带围岩段开挖支护全过程,计算了隧道不同的裂隙发育、循环进尺、台阶尺寸参数条件下的变形规律,据此确定了该隧道科学合理的台阶法开挖参数,即隧道开挖在循环进尺1~2榀、台阶步距4~6 m条件下,围岩—支护结构稳定性更好,对于同类隧道工程施工具有一定的指导意义。 This paper takes a new highway tunnel as an example,and uses three-dimensional discrete element software to simulate the entire process of excavation and support of the surrounding rock section of the tunnel in the fractured zone.The deformation laws of the tunnel under different conditions of crack development,cyclic footage,and step size parameters are calculated,according to which the scientific and reasonable excavation parameters of the step method for the tunnel are determined,the stability of the surrounding rock-support structure is better under the conditions of 1~2 bays of cyclic footage and 4~6 m of step spacing.This study has certain guiding significance for the construction of similar tunnel engineering.
