摘要
膀胱癌是我国发病率最高的泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤,其中非肌层浸润性膀胱癌是膀胱癌中最常见的类型。目前非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗以手术切除联合术后化疗为主,但其术后复发率仍较高,化疗不良反应较多且易产生耐药性。中医认为膀胱癌的复发与正气亏虚、邪毒内蕴密切相关,因此,扶正祛邪、既病防变为防治膀胱癌复发的关键,同时也要根据术后患者体质和临床症状随证施治,统筹兼顾。中医药对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后复发的治法有单味中药及其提取物、中成药、中药方联合化疗药、中成药联合化疗药等,通过对近年来中医药防治非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后复发的临床研究和实验机制研究的梳理,以期为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的中医药治疗提供科学依据和新思路。
Bladder cancer is the highest incidence of genitourinary malignant tumor in China,in which non-muscular invasive bladder cancer is the most common type.At present,surgical resection combined with postoperative chemotherapy is the main treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer,but its postoperative recurrence rate is still high,there are many adverse reactions of chemotherapy and easy to produce drug resistance.Clinical and experimental studies show that on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,postoperative treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life,regulate the immune function of patients,and improve the adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic drugs.In this paper,by combing the clinical and experimental mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer in recent years,a systematic review was made from the aspects of single traditional Chinese medicine and its extract,proprietary Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy drugs,in order to provide scientific basis and new ideas for the treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
