随着土木工程项目规模的不断扩大和复杂性的增加,传统的粗放型管理模式已无法满足现代工程建设的需求。精细化管理作为一种先进的管理理念和方法,逐渐在土木工程施工管理中得到了广泛应用。文章旨在探讨精细化管理在土木工程施工管理中的具体应用,并结合实例,深入分析了精细化管理在实际应用中的效果,以期为工程建设的高质量发展提供有力保障。
With the increasing scale and complexity of civil engineering projects,the traditional extensive management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern engineering construction.As an advanced management concept and method,refined management has been widely used in civil engineering construction management.This paper aims to explore the specific application of refined management in civil engineering construction management,and combined with examples,in-depth analysis of the application effect of refined management in practical application,in order to provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of engineering construction.
