炭质板岩隧道大变形及施工技术研究

摘要 文章首先分析了炭质板岩隧道的施工特性及大变形特征,然后提出了一系列技术措施,包括采取导向墙变形控制、隧道围岩注浆固结、CRD施工工法等,以有效控制大变形问题,提高隧道工程的安全性和质量。研究结果表明,通过优化预应力树脂锚杆支护系统、支护材料选择及支护结构参数,并引入掌子面玻璃纤维锚杆预加固技术,可以进一步提升隧道的稳定性,有效减少隧道变形量,提高施工效率,为炭质板岩隧道的施工安全和质量提供有力保障。 The article first analyzes the construction characteristics and large deformation features of carbonaceous slate tunnels,and then proposes a series of technical measures,including controlling the deformation of guide walls,grouting consolidation of tunnel surrounding rock,CRD construction method,etc.,to effectively control the problem of large deformation and improve the safety and quality of tunnel engineering.The research results indicate that by optimizing the prestressed resin anchor rod support system,selecting support materials and structural parameters,and introducing sub surface glass fiber anchor rod pre reinforcement technology,the stability of the tunnel can be further improved,the deformation of the tunnel can be effectively reduced,the construction efficiency can be improved,and strong guarantees can be provided for the construction safety and quality of carbon shale tunnels.
