BIM技术在装配式建筑工程质量管理中的应用研究

摘要 随着现代建筑技术的不断进步,装配式建筑因其高效、环保、节能的特点,逐渐成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。BIM技术在装配式建筑的质量管理中的具体应用,能显著优化施工流程,减少设计错误,提高施工精度。同时,BIM技术还能实现质量信息的实时共享与追溯,有助于及时发现并解决质量问题,全面提升施工效率和质量水平。基于此,文章对BIM技术在装配式建筑工程质量管理中的应用进行研究,以供参考。 With the continuous advancement of modern building technology,prefabricated buildings have gradually become an important development direction in the construction industry due to their high efficiency,environmental protection,and energy efficiency.The specific application of BIM technology in quality management of prefabricated buildings can significantly optimize the construction process,reduce design errors,and improve construction accuracy.At the same time,BIM technology can also achieve real-time sharing and traceability of quality information,which helps to discover and solve quality problems in a timely manner,comprehensively improving construction efficiency and quality level.Based on this,the article studies the application of BIM technology in the quality management of prefabricated construction projects for reference.
