摘要 血管内皮细胞是冠状动脉微血管的结构基础,其分泌功能参与调节微循环的多种功能,而内皮细胞线粒体通透性转换孔(MPTP)开放可通过线粒体途径诱导细胞凋亡。Apelin/APJ系统是内皮细胞膜跨膜信号转导的重要靶点,其具有抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡和促进血管生成等作用。因此,Apelin/APJ系统抑制MPTP开放是冠状动脉微循环障碍的潜在干预机制。 Endothelial cells are the structural basis of coronary microvessels,and their secretory function is involved in regulating various functions of the microcirculation.The opening of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore(MPTP)in endothelial cells can induce cell apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway.The Apelin/APJ system is an important target for transmembrane signal transduction in endothelial cells,which shows antioxidant,anti-apoptotic,and pro-angiogenic effects.Therefore,the inhibition of MPTP opening by the Apelin/APJ system is a potential interventional mechanism for coronary microvascular disease.
