摘要
心力衰竭(心衰)发病率在全球日益增长,近年来发现维生素D缺乏在心衰患者中是一个普遍现象。国内外不少临床研究证实了维生素D缺乏使心衰患者再住院、死亡和临床结果不佳的风险增加。本文就此综述维生素D缺乏与心衰联系的最新证据,以期为心衰患者提供新的治疗思路。
The incidence of heart failure is increasing globally,and vitamin D deficiency has been found to be a common phenomenon in patients with heart failure in recent years.Numerous clinical studies,both domestically and internationally,have confirmed that vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of rehospitalization,mortality,and poor clinical outcomes in heart failure patients.This article reviews the latest evidence on the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and heart failure,in order to provide new therapeutic insights for heart failure patients.
