摘要
沙门菌是一种常见的食源性病原体,能够引起沙门菌感染,导致食物中毒,严重时甚至可危及生命。优化检测方法对于快速准确地识别污染源、防止疾病的传播至关重要。本文通过对比传统的分离培养法,发现环介导等温扩增技术(Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification,LAMP)在检测速度、操作简便性和成本效益方面具有显著优势。实验结果表明,LAMP方法远快于分离培养法,且LAMP法的操作步骤简单,不需要复杂的设备和高技能的操作人员,能够有效降低成本。
Salmonella is a common foodborne pathogen that can cause salmonellosis,leading to food poisoning,and in severe cases,can even be life-threatening.Optimizing detection methods is crucial for the rapid and accurate identification of contamination sources and the prevention of disease spread.This paper,by comparing with the traditional isolation and culture method,finds that the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technology has significant advantages in terms of detection speed,ease of operation,and cost-effectiveness.The experimental results show that the LAMP method is much faster than the isolation and culture method,and the LAMP method has simple operational steps,does not require complex equipment or highly skilled operators,and can effectively reduce costs.
