摘要
食品理化检验实验室常用危化品种类繁多,存在储存管理不到位、废弃物处理不规范、信息化管理程度不高、缺乏专业人员管理、实验人员安全意识薄弱、设备设施不完善以及管理制度不健全等问题,通过提高管理信息化水平、控制废弃物处理风险、增强实验人员安全意识、建立完备的管理制度等方式,可有效提升食品理化检验实验室危化品管理水平。
There are many kinds of hazardous chemicals commonly used in food physical and chemical testing laboratories,and there are storage management is not in place,waste disposal is not standardized,the degree of information management is not high,the lack of professional management,the safety awareness of experimental personnel is weak,the equipment and facilities are not perfect,and the management system is not perfect.By improving the level of management information technology,controlling waste disposal risks,enhancing the safety awareness of laboratory personnel,and establishing a complete management system,the management level of hazardous chemicals in food physical and chemical testing laboratories can be effectively improved.
