摘要
检测技术在保障农产品质量安全方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,快速检测技术在基层农产品质量安全监管领域中的作用日益凸显,显著提升了监管效率,改善了监管效果。基于此,本文对当前应用较广泛的农产品快速检测方法的原理、优缺点、适用范围及存在问题等进行分析,并提出对策及建议,为提高基层食用农产品质量安全监管工作的质效提供参考。
Detection technology plays an important role in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.In recent years,the role of rapid detection technology in the field of grass-roots agricultural product quality and safety supervision has become increasingly prominent,which has significantly improved the efficiency and effect of supervision.Based on this,this paper analyzes the principle,advantages and disadvantages,application scope and existing problems of the current widely used rapid detection methods of agricultural products,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of the quality and safety supervision of edible agricultural products at the grass-roots level.
