黑龙江省黄芪在食品产业中的开发研究进展

摘要 本文深入探讨了黑龙江省黄芪的植物特性、化学成分、药理作用,阐述了黑龙江省黄芪的生长分布及黄芪作为药食同源物质的历史渊源,分析了黄芪在食品产业中的开发潜力,讨论了黄芪食品产业开发面临的挑战与解决方案,同时对未来黑龙江省黄芪在食品产业中的开发前景进行了展望。 This paper discussed the plant characteristics,chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Huangqi in Heilongjiang province,expounded the growth distribution of Huangqi in Heilongjiang province and the historical origin of Huangqi as a homologous substance of medicine and food,analyzed the development potential of Huangqi in the food industry,and discussed the challenges and solutions faced by the development of Huangqi food industry.At the same time,the development prospect of Huangqi in the food industry of Heilongjiang province in the future was prospected.
