基于TRIZ理论的梳刷式咖啡果实采摘机设计分析

摘要 为解决目前咖啡机械化采摘过程中采摘效率低、果实损伤率高等问题,文章通过TRIZ理论对采摘机构进行功能组件系统分析,应用矛盾冲突解决理论确定发明原理,选择最优解决方案对整机进行创新设计,设计了一款集自动采摘、输送、除杂、收集为一体的梳刷式咖啡果实采摘机。同时,运用三维软件建立咖啡果实采摘机模型,并对关键部件进行仿真实验,验证设计的可行性。结果表明,仿真分析结果满足设计要求。将TRIZ理论运用到咖啡果实采摘机系统设计中,有利于产生高质量、多层次的概念解,以期为机械化采摘机结构设计提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of low picking efficiency and high fruit damage rate in the mechanized picking process of coffee,the TRIZ theory is used to systematically analyze the functional components of the picking mechanism.The conflict resolution theory is used to determine the invention principle,and the optimal solution is selected to innovate the design of the whole machine.A brushing-style coffee fruit harvester integrating automatic picking,conveying,impurity removal and collection is designed.The model of coffee fruit picking machine is established by using threedimensional software,and the key components are simulated to verify the feasibility of the design.The results show that the simulation analysis results meet the design requirements.Applying TRIZ theory to the design of coffee fruit harvester system is conducive to generating high-quality and multilevel conceptual solutions.The research can provide reference for the structural design of mechanized picking machine.
