摘要
为了提升用户自助办理就医手续的效率,改善用户在使用医院自助服务终端时的体验,文章以医院自助服务终端为研究对象进行优化设计。在实地调研中发现部分终端存在显示屏高度尺寸不合理、操作台空间尺寸不合理、显示屏界面信息设计不合理等问题。依据人机工程学理论与我国成年人人体尺寸数据,文章对自助服务终端的部件尺寸与视觉系统进行再设计。通过计算分析,得出问题部件的设计尺寸参数与视觉系统的文字尺寸与颜色设计策略,最终呈现出终端与视觉系统界面的再设计效果图,以期为各大医院的自助服务终端设计提供参考。
To improve the efficiency of self-service and users’experience while using terminals in hospital,this article takes self-service terminals as research object for redesign.By consulting several hospitals,article finds that there are problems with height of display screen,dimension of operation table,and text size of screen interface.Based on the body size data of adults in China and ergonomics,article analysis the dimension of components,text size and color strategy of visual system,based which the renderings of terminals and its visual system interface are produced.In order to provide reference for the design of self-service terminals in major hospitals.
