摘要
劳模精神是以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神的生动体现,是社会主义核心价值观的生动诠释,是新时代我国建设社会主义现代化强国征程上的宝贵精神财富。作为马克思主义劳动观的中国化表达,劳模精神有着丰富意涵,按照由表及里的层次进行剖析,具体表现为:一是谋生与乐生统一的表层意涵。在马克思劳动解放理论中,谋生只是劳动的手段,乐生才是目的,劳模精神则体现了谋生与乐生的统一。二是诚实劳动与崇高价值统一的中层意涵。在社会主义生产关系下,劳模精神是广大劳动者在诚实劳动中创造的时代精神,蕴含着实现中华民族伟大复兴的强大精神张力,实现了诚实劳动与崇高价值的统一。三是自我实现与社会和谐统一的深层意涵。劳模精神是社会主义劳动者自我实现的价值表达,其要义又在于满足最广大人民的需求,这种个人与社会关系的洽合,体现了自我实现与社会和谐的统一。四是人的解放与自由全面发展统一的核心意涵。人的解放和自由全面发展是未来社会和人的发展的最高境界,亦是劳模精神的价值旨归。多角度理解劳模精神,有利于更好地诠释和弘扬劳模精神。
The spirit of model workers is a vivid embodiment of the national spirit with patriotism as its core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as its core.It is a vivid interpretation of socialist core values and a precious spiritual wealth in China's journey to build a socialist modernized strong country in the new era.As a Chinese expression of Marxist labor theory,the spirit of model workers has rich connotations.It can be analyzed from the surface to the inside.As for the surface meaning of the unity of making a living and enjoying life,in Marx's theory of labor liberation,making a living is only a means of labor,and enjoying life is the purpose,while the spirit of model workers reflects the unity of both.As for the middle meaning of the unity of honest labor and noble values,under socialist production relations the spirit of model workers is the spirit of the times created by the vast number of workers in honest labor and it also contains a strong spiritual tension to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chines nation,achieving the unity of honest labor and noble values.With regard to the deep meaning of the unity of self-realization and social harmony,the spirit of model workers is the value expression of socialist workers self-realization,and its essence lies in meeting the needs of the broadest masses of the people.This harmonious relationship between individuals and society reflects the unity of self-realization and social harmony.With regard to the core meaning of the unity of human liberation and free and all-round development,human liberation and free and all-round development are the highest realm of future society and human development,and also the value orientation of the model worker spirit.Understanding the spirit of model workers from multiple perspectives is beneficial for better interpretation and promotion of the spirit of model workers.
