摘要
推进西部大开发形成新格局,是党中央、国务院从全局出发,顺应时代发展要求作出的重大决策部署。电网是关乎发展命脉和民生福祉的重要能源基础设施,在西部地区高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。本文调研并总结了近五年来西部地区电网在发展规模、绿色转型、技术水平、服务民生和国际合作等多个维度上取得的成效,也分析了当前西部地区电网在清洁能源消纳、安全稳定运行和工程建设实施方面所面临的挑战。为实现西部地区高质量电网建设,提出要科学规划做好统筹协调、加快推动电网转型升级、坚持科技创新引领发展、做好配网巩固提升工程。
Promoting the development of the western region to form a new pattern is a major decision and deployment made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council from a global perspective,in response to the requirements of the times.The power grid is an important energy infrastructure that concerns the lifeline of development and people's well-being,playing a crucial role in the high-quality development of the western region.This article summarizes the achievements of the western power grid in multiple dimensions such as development scale,green transformation,technological level,service to people's livelihood,and international cooperation in the past five years.It also analyzes the challenges faced by the western power grid in clean energy consumption,safe and stable operation,and engineering construction implementation.Looking towards the future,the article proposes to scientifically plan and coordinate,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the power grid,adhere to technological innovation leading development,consolidate and improve the distribution network.This will open up a new era for the construction of the power grid in the western region,contribute energy strength to the development of the western region.
