摘要
“多测合一”改革是提高行政审批效率的重要举措,是推进政府职能转变和深化“放管服”改革、优化营商环境的重要内容,具有工作环节多,精度及时效要求高的特点,传统测绘手段难以很好地满足要求,作者结合项目实例,引入无人机机载激光扫描技术,对点云外业数据获取、数据处理、成果的运用以及点云精度的评定进行研究,证明无人机机载激光扫描技术工效高、精度可靠的优势,可以在“多测合一”类项目中发挥重要的作用。
The reform of“Integration of Multiple Surveying and Mapping”is an important measure to improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval,and an important content to promote the transformation of government functions,deepen the reform of“streamline the government,delegate power,and improve government services”and optimize the business environment.It has the characteristics of multiple work links,high precision and timeliness requirements,the traditional surveying and mapping methods are difficult to meet the requirements.Based on project examples,the author introduced UAV-based laser scanning technology to study the acquisition,processing and application of field work point cloud data as well as the evaluation of point cloud accuracy proves that UAV-based laser scanning technology has the advantages of high efficiency and reliable accuracy,and which can play an important role in“Integration of Multiple Surveying and Mapping”projects.
