摘要
本研究以浙江农业商贸职业学院旅游烹饪系为例,探讨了产教融合视域下烹饪专业终身教育支持路径。通过分析浙江农业商贸职业学院旅游烹饪系的现状与挑战,提出了优化顶层设计、搭建终身教育平台以及构建“学校-企业-社会”多方参与的学习体系等路径。为提升职业教育终身化路径的可操作性提供了理论依据和实践指导,具有一定的参考价值和应用前景。
This study explores the lifelong education support path for the culinary profession under the perspective of industry-education integration by taking the Department of Tourism and Culinary Arts of Zhejiang Agricultural Business Vocational College as an example.By analyzing the current situation and challenges of the Department of Tourism and Culinary Arts in Zhejiang Agricultural Business Vocational College,the study puts forward the paths of optimizing the top-level design,building a lifelong education platform,and constructing a learning system with the participation of multiple parties,such as school-enterprise-society.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance to enhance the operability of the lifelong path of vocational education,which has certain reference value and application prospect.
