摘要
粮食烘干作业是确保原粮质量的环节之一,但烘干线风机噪音问题严重影响作业和工人健康,且远超国家标准。本文介绍了一种综合性消音技术,包括设计思路、结构与功能和保养维修等方面,强调通过综合消音技术解决粮食烘干生产线噪音问题。实际设计中需因地制宜,综合考虑国家政策、投资成本等因素,满足用户需求。
Food drying operation is one of the links to ensure the quality of raw grains,but the noise problem of drying line fan seriously affects the health of operations and workers and far beyond the national standard.This paper introduces a comprehensive muffler technology,including the design idea,structure and function,maintenance,emphasizing the comprehensive silencing technology to solve the noise problem of grain drying production line.In the actual design,it is necessary to adapt to local conditions,comprehensively consider national policies,investment costs and other factors to meet the needs of users.
