摘要
长期以来,传统工厂的生产模式过度依赖人力,导致生产效率偏低、产品质量波动较大且难以满足客户个性化需求。随着自动化技术被广泛应用于工业生产,其逐渐成为解决传统生产模式问题的重要途径。本文旨在深入探究PLC控制技术在提高生产效率、提升产品质量、降低生产成本以及提升工厂应对市场变化适应能力等方面的创新应用与实践,为推动传统工厂的自动化转型提供实践参考。
For a long time,the production mode of traditional factories has overly relied on manpower,resulting in low production efficiency,significant fluctuations in product quality,and difficulty in meeting personalized customer needs.With the widespread application of automation technology in industrial production,it has gradually become an important way to solve the problems of traditional production modes.This article aims to explore in depth the innovative applications and practices of PLC control technology in improving production efficiency,enhancing product quality,reducing production costs,and enhancing the adaptability of factories to market changes.It provides theoretical support and practical references for promoting the automation transformation process of traditional factories.
