摘要
农业丰则基础强,农民富则国家盛,新形势下农业发展面临诸多挑战,亟须加强农业科技创新工作。青年科技人才是推动科技创新的核心动力,是建设新时代农业科研强所的重要力量。文章以江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所为例,分析了所内青年科技人才队伍现状及存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了加强思想政治引领、加大政策支持力度、优化人才培养模式等加强农业科研院所青年科技人才队伍建设的对策和建议,以期为其他农业科研院所提供参考。
The prosperity of agriculture fortifies the national foundation,while the wealth of farmers ensures the flourishing of the nation.Under the new situation,agricultural development faces many challenges,necessitating the strengthening of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.Young scientific and technological talents are the core driving force behind technological innovation and an important force in building strong agricultural scientific research institutions in the new era.Taking Xuzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute in Jiangsu Xuhuai Region as an example,this article analyzed the current status and main problems of the young scientific and technological talent team within the institute.In response to these issues,it proposed countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of young scientific and technological talent teams in agricultural scientific research institutions,such as enhancing ideological and political guidance,increasing policy support,and optimizing talent training models,for the reference of other agricultural scientific research institutions.
