摘要
海上平台通常采用燃气轮机发电机组实现电力供应,在高温环境下,机组输出功率和热效率会下降。本文基于南海某新建海上平台燃气轮机发电机组,提出采用溴化锂吸收式制冷技术回收燃气轮机发电机组排烟热量对发电机组进气进行冷却的方案,分析该方案在3种设计工况下的经济性。结果表明,当进气温度下降8℃时,燃气轮机发电机组初投资最低,年运行时间最长为5 200 h,燃料气销售价格为2元/米~3时具有经济正效益。
Offshore platforms usually use gas turbine generator units for power supply.In hot environment,the output power and thermal efficiency of units may decrease.Based on the gas turbine generator units on one newly built offshore platform in the South China Sea,it is proposed to use lithium bromide absorption refrigeration technology to recovery the exhaust gas heat of gas turbine generator units,so as to cool the intake air of generator units.The economics of this scheme is analyzed under three kinds of design conditions.The results show that when the intake air temperature decreases 8℃,the initial investment of gas turbine generator units is the lowest and the annual operating time is as long as 5200 hours.When the selling price of fuel gas is 2 yuan per cubic meter,it has economic benefits.
