乙醛合成1,3-丁二醇的研究进展

摘要 综述了以乙醛为原料制备1,3-丁二醇的研究进展,包括1,3-丁二醇的市场、技术国产化进展、催化剂的开发和工艺路线的改进等。乙醛缩合加氢法制1,3-丁二醇包括乙醛缩合制备3-羟基丁醛,3-羟基丁醛加氢制备1,3-丁二醇两步反应,其中开发更为高效的第一步缩合反应的催化剂是该技术的研究重点。结果表明,Mg/Al系列固体催化剂的性能最佳,最具发展潜力。通过对现有乙醛缩合加氢法的改进,能有效地解决现有工艺路线当中3-羟基丁醛热稳定性较差等问题,具有良好的技术前景。 This article introduces the research progress in the preparation of 1,3-butanediol from acetaldehyde,including the market for 1,3-butanediol,progress in technology localization,research on catalysts,and improvement of process routes.The acetaldehyde condensation hydrogenation method includes two steps:acetaldehyde condensation to prepare 3-hydroxybutanal,and 3-hydroxybutanal hydrogenation to prepare 1,3-butanediol.The development of more efficient catalysts for the acetaldehyde condensation is the research focus of this technology.The result showed that the Mg/Al series solid catalysts have the best performance,reasonable control of reaction conditions is also crucial.In addition,by improving the existing acetaldehyde condensation hydrogenation method,the problem of poor thermal stability of 3-hydroxybutyraldehyde in the existing process routes can be effectively solved,which has better technical prospects.
