新型复合土工膜的制备及其岩土力学性能研究

摘要 为了进一步增强高密度聚乙烯土工膜的综合性能,将聚酯短纤针刺土工布和高密度聚乙烯土工膜相结合,通过热熔黏合工艺制备出了一种新型复合土工膜,并对其综合性能以及岩土力学性能进行了评价。结果表明:新型复合土工膜的综合性能优良,在不同面密度条件下均能具备良好的拉伸性能、撕裂性能、顶破性能、渗透性能和抗热氧老化性能。其中在热氧老化处理120d后的横向和纵向断裂强度保留率仍分别可以达到88.35%和85.54%,耐老化性能较好。当面密度为600g/m^(2)时,新型复合土工膜的渗透系数低至1.05×10^(-12)cm/s,防渗效果较好。另外,新型复合土工膜与试验用岩土样品之间的界面剪切性能较好,在不同的法向应力作用下均能达到良好的峰值剪应力和界面摩擦系数,力学性能优良。 In order to further enhance the comprehensive performance of high-density polyethylene geomembrane,a new type of composite geomembrane was prepared by combining polyester short fiber needle punched geotextile and high-density polyethylene geomembrane through hot melt bonding process,and its comprehensive performance and geotechnical mechanical properties were evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the new composite geomembrane is excellent,and it can have good tensile performance,tear performance,top breaking performance,permeability performance,and thermal oxygen aging resistance under different surface density conditions.After 120 days of thermal oxygen aging treatment,the transverse and longitudinal fracture strength retention rates can still reach 88.35%and 85.54%,respectively,indicating strong aging resistance.When the surface density is 600 g/m^(2),the permeability coefficient of the new composite geomembrane is as low as 1.05×10^(-12)cm/s,indicating good anti-seepage effect.In addition,the interface shear performance between the new composite geotextile and the experimental geotechnical samples is good,and it can achieve good peak shear stress and interface friction coefficient under different normal stresses,with excellent mechanical properties.
