摘要
OBE是一种以成果为目标导向、采用逆向思维方式进行课程体系的建设理念,着重强调“以学生为中心”,建构教育过程-产出相结合的评价体系,从而培养出社会所需的人才。文化遗产专业是以掌握历史学科基础知识和文化遗产基本理论,熟悉文化遗产保护技术、利用方法以及传播特点为目标,培养适应时代文化遗产保护和利用需要的高级专门人才,具有社会适用性、学科交叉性、培养复杂性的特点。OBE理念引入文化遗产本科专业育人模式中,有助于解决课程设置与社会需求的错位、教学方法与文化价值的脱节、实践教学与产出导向的偏差等现实问题,从而以教育产出为导向对文化遗产本科专业育人培养目标进行重新定位、优化设计课程内容、创新课程教学方法,多维改进教学评价体系,提升教师素养和教学质量,最终实现适应社会新环境、新需求的专业建设目标。
Outcome-Based Education(OBE)is a results-oriented approach to curriculum development that employs reverse thinking.It places a strong emphasis on being“student-centered”and establishes an evaluation system that integrates both the educational process and outcomes,thereby fostering the talents required by society.The undergraduate program in cultural heritage is designed to equip students with a mastery of basic historical knowledge and fundamental theories of cultural heritage.It also aims to familiarize them with the technologies for protection,methods of utilization,and the communication characteristics of cultural heritage,thereby cultivating high-level specialists who are well-aligned with the contemporary needs for the preservation and use of cultural heritage.The program is characterized by its social applicability,interdisciplinary nature,and the complexity of its training.Integrating OBE into the educational model for cultural heritage undergraduates is beneficial in addressing practical issues such as the misalignment between curriculum design and societal needs,the disconnect between teaching methods and cultural values,and the divergence between practical teaching and outcome orientation.Consequently,guided by educational outcomes,the educational and training objectives of the cultural heritage undergraduate program are redefined.The curriculum content is optimized,teaching methods are innovated,the teaching evaluation system is enhanced across multiple dimensions,and both the quality of teachers and teaching are improved.This holistic approach aims to construct a cultural heritage undergraduate program that is well-adapted to the new social environment and emerging demands.
